Shikha Ahuja

Shikha earned a dual Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degree with major in Fashion Design from the Panjab University, Chandigarh, India in 2011. She then pursued a Master of Science degree in Fashion and Lifestyle Technology.

After completing her education, Shikha worked as an educator in the Footwear Design and Development Institute and the International Institute of Fashion Design. Upon moving to Canada in 2018, she transitioned to the retail industry, working as a seamstress and fit advisor with StitchIt.

She then opened her own home-based studio, offering professional alteration services. This entrepreneurial venture allowed her to apply her expertise in fashion and design while building strong client relationships.During this time, Shikha recognized the growing need for insurance services in the market and decided to pivot her career. In 2022, she obtained her Accident and Sickness Insurance license, marking the beginning of her journey in the insurance industry.

Shikha is married to a lawyer in Canada, who was formerly a doctor in India, and they have a son. She follows the Sant Nirankari Mission, which is a significant aspect of her spiritual life and personal beliefs.
